Xelerated Distributes Borland CodeWright in Xelerator Software Development Kit

Inclusion of CodeWright® 7.5, The Programmer's Editing System Designed to Enhance Application Development Tools for Network Processors

BURLINGTON, Massachusetts, September 9, 2003 - Xelerated, a leading supplier of high-performance network processors, today announced an agreement with Borland Software Corporation to include the Borland® CodeWright® Programmer's Editing System within the XeleratorTM Software Development Kit.

Xelerated's latest Software Development Kit includes an enhanced integrated development environment (IDE) based on the CodeWright 7.5, The Programmer's Editing System from Borland. The tool kit provides a powerful and straightforward programming environment for the XeleratorTM X10q family of network processors released earlier this year.

"Using Borland CodeWright as a base for our IDE gives the programmer a mature and powerful editing and debugging environment. CodeWright 7.5, The Programmer's Editing System extends the Xelerated IDE with features for developing applications for the X10q Network Processors. The Xelerated IDE is project oriented and provides a tight integration of the tools for programming, editing, compiling, simulating, debugging and testing application code. It supports the stages of development from the early stage of defining the applications to the final stage of delivering a production ready application.
