Products
Cypress offers 72-Mbit QDRII+ SRAMs leveraging 65-nm process technology. The QDRII+ SRAMs feature the ultra-fast clock speed of 550 MHz and a total data rate of 80 Gbps in a 36-bit I/O width device. They are ideal for networking applications, including Internet core and edge routers, fixed and modular Ethernet switches, 3G base stations and secure routers. The 65-nm SRAMs are pin compatible with their 90-nm predecessors, and lower input and output capacitance by 60 percent. The devices have On-Die Termination for improved signal integrity while eliminating external termination resistors, and they use a Phase Locked Loop with a wide data valid window.
